Happy women's day picture messages Images with Quotes: I
went to the outstanding Women Inspiration and Enterprise Symposium, a private
and inspirational Islington Chamber of Commerce Women in Enterprise occasion,
an abundant Women Unlimited Annual Conference and after that an extremely
stylish and chic Woman in Business Brunch. Speakers I viewed went from Dame
Vivian Westwood, Ariadne Founder Julie Meyer, Lynn de Rothschild, Muks author
Jaime Cooke, and veggie lover cupcake and bread shop proprietor Ms Cupcake.
Across
the events I viewed more than 30 successful women business owners speak about
how they succeeded and in some cases almost bombed, then succeeded once more.
Distilling the lessons from their stories, it was obvious there are three
traits every one of them shared which empowered their success.
The regular
traits every one of them share are;
Focus
Mindset
Perseverance
1. Focus
What
are you attempting to make? What is the vision for your business and in what
manner will you affect your customer? All speakers spoke about their dedication
to their vision of where they could see their business would be later on. By
having a reasonable vision, this empowered them to stay focused on the center
business thought and do one thing splendidly. Whilst enticed, they understood
that shiny new toys, and left field opportunities would weaken their focus and
thrust behind the first thought.
Identified
with that focus is also the decision that these women made about what kind of
business they needed. Did they need a lifestyle business, offering
adaptability, smaller working hours and conceivably less stress and wage or
would they say they were pursuing a high development business? They would say,
settling on this decision right off the bat decided the future and income
capability of the enterprise.
2. Mindset
The
lucidity of vision underpins the mindset required for success. Numerous
speakers discussed their desire to truly breath life into their vision driving
them and their mindset. Their mindset is one of assurance; faith in what they
have made and it's potential for development. Their mindset is passionate and
courageous, regularly pushing through after a series of "no" and
setbacks.
For
some of the speakers, it wasn't an easy street to success. A large number of
them sought out supportive and stretching networks, mentors and ceaseless
training to empower them to continue going.
3. Perseverance
Indeed,
even with focus and a success mindset the way to success had challenges for all
speakers. What was astonishing is regardless of how terrible it got, they
figured out how to regroup and continue onward. The faith in what they needed
to convey to the world was unfazed and this drove their perseverance. With the
advantage of hindsight, a considerable lot of them were thankful for their
setbacks and subsequent learning. Carole Stone summed this up well by saying
"how you conquer things when you don't succeed is basic".
When
I work with my clients and contemplate my own particular way to deal with my
business I can see plainly how these three tenants play out with us all. Being
conscious of them and being dynamic in these areas will empower every one of us
more success.
